Top Notch Remodeling is owned and operated by Peter Signoretto, a qualified, insured and licensed contractor with more than 40 years experience in the “Home Remodeling” business. 

Pete has been working “in the trade” since training with his grandfather as a teenager. He attended school to study carpentry and worked as member of the union before decided to put his experience to work by starting his own home remodeling business.

Beyond the nuts and bolts of the construction trade, Pete has expanded his skills into the managing of entire projects as a general contractor. It’s here he can put his knowledge and contacts to work for you, over seeing the various subcontractors that are required to make your large, complex projects run smoothly and cost effectively. 

A home-owner with a family himself, Pete and his crew understand what homeowners expect from a first class contractor – it’s more than just the excellent quality of the work preformed – it’s also timeliness, a clean and safe site during the project and good communication with you, the customer.
